Grapefruit Cucumber Gin Fizz

Published on Nov 27, 2017

Who knew that grapefruit and cucumber would pair so perfectly together!  Today I am sharing with you a gin cocktail that is so refreshing and super simple to make.  And since it has mostly juice, you can count it as a brunch beverage.  Really? you say… can you have it for breakfast?  Yes!  You can easily adjust the strength of the drink by playing with the amounts of each ingredient.  Want something a little lighter and fruiter?  Just add an extra shot of juice.  Want it a bit more substantial?  Just up the gin; it’s seriously delicious any way you make it!
